Privacy information

Privacy Policy

Pipstorm Patrol keeps game progress and settings on your device and does not send gameplay progress or personal information to the developer. Camera-based AR requires Android camera permission and Google Play Services for AR, a separate Google service that may process technical data under its own privacy practices. The game has no advertisements and does not require an account.

App: Pipstorm Patrol Last updated: October 27, 2026 Contact: info@fmalumin.online

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pipstorm Patrol handles information when you play the Android game. The game is intended for people aged 13 and older.

The game does not operate a developer-managed account system or server that receives gameplay progress or personal information from the app.

2. Information We Collect

The developer does not independently collect, receive, or store personal information on developer-operated servers. Pipstorm Patrol itself does not include advertising, analytics, attribution, or tracking features and does not transmit gameplay progress to the developer.

Game progress, medals, settings, and other local game state are stored on your device. The game does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal details to play.

Important: the separate Google Play Services for AR platform service may collect technical and usage data as described in Section 3. That processing is handled by Google under Google's own privacy practices, rather than by the developer's servers.

3. Camera Permission and Augmented Reality

Camera mode uses your device's live camera view to support augmented-reality gameplay, including floor detection and placement of the in-game beacon and creatures. For this feature, the app requests Android camera permission (android.permission.CAMERA) and uses camera access only to provide the live AR experience while you play in camera mode.

Pipstorm Patrol does not record or save camera photos or videos as files, and the game does not upload camera images or video to the developer or to a developer-operated server. Camera frames are used to support real-time AR tracking and rendering.

The clearly labeled Training mode does not require camera permission and can be played without using the camera. You can manage camera permission in your Android device settings. If you deny or revoke it, camera-based AR features will not be available, but Training mode remains available.

Google Play Services for AR (ARCore): Camera AR requires a compatible Android device and Google Play Services for AR, a separate system service provided by Google. Google states that ARCore collects certain data, including user or device identifiers, performance and diagnostic information, and AR API usage and app activity data, to operate, analyze, and improve AR experiences. Depending on the AR APIs an app uses, ARCore may also collect additional data such as precise location or camera/video data. The exact categories processed depend on the AR APIs and configuration used by the app.

Google handles this processing under its own terms and privacy policy. Read How Google Play Services for AR handles your data and the Google Privacy Policy.

AR service notice: This application runs on Google Play Services for AR (ARCore), which is provided by Google and governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Local Storage and Progress

Your progress and game preferences stay on your device. We do not receive or maintain a copy of this data. Local game data can generally be removed by clearing Pipstorm Patrol's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. Device-level backup or restore features, if enabled on your device, are controlled by your Android settings and platform provider.

5. Sharing, Advertising, and Third-Party SDKs

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information collected by the developer. Pipstorm Patrol contains no advertisements, does not offer in-app purchases, and does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

Google Play Services for AR is a separate platform service required for camera AR on supported devices and may process the data described in Section 3. Its data practices are governed by Google's own privacy terms. Third-party services that you access outside the game are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Children and Age Guidance

Pipstorm Patrol is intended for an audience aged 13 and older. The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players. Because the app does not provide account registration or send personal information to the developer, there is no developer-managed user profile to review or delete.

7. Data Security and Retention

Because we do not collect or store player personal information on our servers, we do not maintain a server-side personal-information database for this game. Local progress remains on your device and is subject to your device's security, access, and backup settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the game or its data practices change. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please review this page from time to time for the latest version.
